Kent Real Estate Market Sees Home Sales Numbers Even | Published: 6/26/2016 | Homesnap Real...

The Kent market saw sales remain flat this week with 123 homes sold over the last 30 days, while new listings climbed to 154. The median sales price dropped to $321,900 over the latest reporting period for Kent, down from $325,000. There is only one month of inventory available in Kent, so it's a definite seller's market, even if sales are flat.
